Guest / Employees will be provided a safe and healthy environment. Guests / Employees who are injured on Silver Star Ranch(SSR) must call EMT immediately. All injuries, no matter how minor, must be reported the day of the injury. The guest / employee is responsible for initiating the process and must notify Sheriff@SilverStarRanch.net of the incident. The Manager of SSR is responsible for monitoring the incident reporting process and ensuring the report gets to the Officials within 24 hours.

Guest / Employees warrant they will use the premises only for purposes allowed referred to in Guest Services, and or Employee Agreements. Guest / Employee will hold harmless SSR from any and all liability, damages, costs, including legal cost on a solicitor client basis, claims, suits or actions, growing or arising out of any accident or injury or death, occurring in or about the premises except where caused by the negligence of SSR.
